These terms apply to everyone who uses CollabFlow, including creators who list a profile and brands who browse profiles. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
1. What CollabFlow does
CollabFlow is a directory where Instagram creators publish a profile with their category, verified Instagram Insights, reels and rates, and where brands can find and contact them. CollabFlow is not a party to any deal between a creator and a brand, does not handle payments between them, and is not responsible for the work delivered or for payment.
2. Creator accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create a creator account, and you may only connect an Instagram Business or Creator account that you own. Your numbers come directly from your Instagram Insights through a read-only connection. You can disconnect Instagram, hide your profile or edit your details at any time from Edit profile. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
3. Brands using the directory
Profile numbers come from creators’ Instagram Insights and are refreshed daily, but we cannot guarantee they are complete or error-free. Please check a creator’s Instagram account before agreeing to work together, and contact creators only about genuine collaboration offers.
4. Content and data
Creators keep ownership of their photos, bio and reels and allow CollabFlow to display them on their public profile and in the directory. We store your account details and the Insights you allow us to read. Your email address and password are never shown publicly, we can never post to your Instagram, and we do not sell your personal information.
5. Removing profiles
We may hide or remove any profile that breaks these terms or is reported for misuse. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use CollabFlow means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email support@collabflow.in.
